I teach a Fertility Awareness Method that focuses on cervical mucus (CM) patterns to determine fertile and non-fertile days in the cycle. Additionally, I provide guidance on LH testing and BBT tracking to help you feel confident in recognising patterns and determining your hormonal phases.
