The ancient wisdom of cyclical living is coded into your being. The Sacred Cycles workshop is intended to empower you to live more intuitively with the natural rhythms of nature and your own body.

 

Join Leonie and Rhi, to spending time remembering and reclaiming your cyclical wisdom. 

 

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to explore and reconnect with your cyclical self, with embodiment practices such as meditation, breathwork and journaling. Through the lens of the menstrual cycle we invite you to rewrite the narrative of your body, and begin to cultivate a more loving, and meaningful relationship with your being.
