The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is a natural strategy for preventing or achieving pregnancy by identifying your ovulation phase. It also helps you understand your mood, energy and emotions so you can make informed health decisions.

At its core, FAM is linked to menstrual cycle awareness (MCA), a mindfulness practice that connects you to the natural shifts in your body. While FAM focuses on tracking ovulation, MCA goes deeper, offering opportunities for self-reflection and personal growth. Both FAM and MCA serve as valuable in-built resources for personal agency, empowering you to understand your body, and make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing. 

 

Your menstrual cycle is both a compass guiding you through life’s ups and downs and a map leading you toward balance, self-trust and self-acceptance.
